About the book:-
About the Book: 10500 B.C. Hindus believe the world was created by Brahma, a God among Hindu Trinity. It was widely accepted that Brahma was cursed owing to the incest he practiced upon his daughter. Is it true? The question gives way to an in-depth study of ancient scriptures which allegorically hint to an altogether various dimension. Is creativity rewarded? Join the journey of Brahma, the first among Homo sapiens, in a quest to find or at least define, the theory called God! BLURB: Let me tell you about the world in which I lived. The world which witnessed the greatest of warriors, fiercest of lovers, purest of emotions and brightest of ambitions. Let me tell you about the world where glaciers were serene, moonlight was tranquil, the sun was mightier and wind was soothing. The world where co-operation was valued more than the competition, loyalty ranked above variety, honesty ranked above prosperity, duties ranked above rights. Let me tell you about an incident when humanity was forsaken and this near-perfect world was shaken. Let me tell you about The Creator, The Preserver, and the Destroyer… Let me tell you that I witnessed it all. Let me be proud that I lived in that world, I lived in the time of Shiva, I lived in the time of Vishnu and… I lived in the time of Brahma.
Author Abhishek Leela Pandey did a marvelous job. The book is quite interesting and storytelling is beautifully done. All the characterization was in a perfect way plotted that it gives you joyful pleasure of reading the book. After the Shiva trilogy by Amish Tripathy, this story comes in the name of Brahma. The author gives the mythology a different and interesting form in the book; once again we found a better book based on mythology series. But there is a lot of difference between this book and Shiva trilogy series. In Shiva trilogy author gives Lord Shiva a human form, but this story is same like mythology series in a different dimension, which reads like the most.
Now come to the story starting point, it starts with a conversion between a son and a father. Veda wants to know all details about our creator Brahma from his father Parasara. On starting he does not explain his son about the real truth behind all this, but after several questions come from Ved lips, Parasara decided to tell him the story. He takes a vow from Veda that he should not reveal all secret of God to a human being as it demolishes their system and the thousands of years of human civilizations would go too haywire. But in the meanwhile, Ved already determined to write a menu script on this and brings the secret of all this into people’s face. After the refusal of his father, he said that he uses codes form and named the menu script as “Rigveda”. I will not go to reveals any of stories as its spoils the secret of the book. Those who like to read mythology series they definitely loved the book for all time. Even this book found a place on my book self. A must read for all and it will take you to authors imaginary world. So don’t wait more and grab the book, if you want my personal opinion on this.
Elaborate setting of the story
