Pritam Mandal is originally from Tisha, a village located near Kolkata, India. He completed a Ph.D. (2013) in Physics from the USA after his MSc in Physics from IIT Bombay (2007). After Ph.D., he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Middle East.
Writing is Pritam’s passion. Among all activities and works, Pritam says that writing is what makes him feel truly alive; he feels that writing is what beats the chaos and noise out of him; bringing balance and peace in his being; offering him the pleasure of re-experiencing life and expressing it (what it feels to be alive; what it feels to be happy or unhappy; sad or cheerful; cursed or blessed or blissful).
He wishes to remain a learner forever; finding motivation, enthusiasm, energy and time to read, explore experience, understand, learn, appreciate and, of course, write. He sincerely wishes to bring in a little light and peace to the world we live in.
“Let there be light. And let there be peace.” This is what he prays for every day.
Pritam lives with his wife Libia in Visakhapatnam, India where he spends most of his time reading, writing, running, cycling and trying to follow an ‘organic’ lifestyle.

This may be you called the creation of GOD and he gave it to all without any Differences. Born in a middle-class village so many girls adopted the normal tradition in their life; don’t think about fulfilling your dream, early age marries a boy who chooses by your family, give birth babies and spent your life in four walls of a room so called your world by society. What if someone wants to overcome from all this and make her own identity in society. How many hurdles came on her path while she wants to fulfill her dreams? So here our lead character “Anurita” begins her Journey. From childhood, her father gifted her diary on her birthday. She was so excited about the gift was given by her father and started writing her life daily life story. Soon it became her habit and it take us to a life journey of Anurita through the pages of her diary. The story tells us of an independent girl, who overcome the traditional norms created by people and move forward to fulfill her dreams. So all of you go through her successful life, hurdles come in her path, her feelings, and her confession. The story beautifully well portrayed that you feel the character inside you. This is not just a story but it helps the reader to overcome of Indian social norms and live the dream of their own. In other words, I can say it’s not less than a motivational story for us. The author also brings in front of some major social issue of our daily life. Those we ignore still it happens to us or our near and dear one.
Personally, I loved the story very much and I request you all who are reading my review, without a single thought go and grab the book.
